Clare came to visit and run a half marathon....by run I mean move, and we made it to the finish line with no training, not so much fun during, but a great feeling after!

Arizona take off your rainbow shades

AHHHHH Arizona what do I say about you? You have given me more blond sororiety girls than I ever desired, a love for the man tank(aka mank), unreasonably warm fall weather and more beautifully crafted college bar stories than I ever dreamed of. You brought a new found hatred for pigeons and other "barrio" birds, and allowed my wit and sarcasm to be used on unsuspecting college drunks everyday. So while I mostly depise you, I am also going to pay homage to you as I prepare to leave you, hopefully forever! SO here is a picture of my favorite patron, he enjoys watching soccer, and has requested I bring animal crackers in. In the other photo is a giant Barrio bird, these unsightly creatures rule the outdoor restaraunts of Tucson!

It is entirely possible that my sister has birthed the three most beautiful children to grace the earth, I mean, look at them! Can you disagree? I'm a proud aunt, not only are they cute, but well mannered and hilarious too...as a matter of fact they are damn near perfect! For now anyway!

Dear Meg-

You don't read blogs, I don't think you even know I have one so the chances you will read this...slim to none,but this one is for you!

Just wanted to tell you thanks for being such a tried and true friend for the last 8 years. I know the time I snuck through the guys window, put on all of Mo and Collin's clothes' you probably thought "who is this girl", who knew we would become BFF's?

I am profoundly grateful for our friendship and the times you have pulled me through.

Chicago is lucky to have you...you hear me Chicago? You're lucky!

And all though I hope to be joining you in the not so distant future, I still wonder who will tell me to jump on the back of strange peoples bikes on main st, who will tell me when I say I am going to spinning in the morning "no don't do that", but mostly who will listen to all my non-sense, and ramblings, and who, I ask you, will pretend that they like what I have to say.

You are a dear friend to me, I could honestly never truly tell you what you have meant to me in my life. Thank you and you will be dearly missed.
